Ritchie has excelled at serving buyers and sellers of all property types and welcomes a challenge, having served 4 years in the United States Marine Core and 3 years in the Kentucky Army National Guard he is very disciplined and capable agent who is excited about making his customers into home owners. First licensed June of last year, Ritchie has been on both sides of the industry as a commercial, industrial and residential builder he can look at all facets of purchasing a home and bring his knowledge of construction into the home buying and selling process. After retiring from active duty Ritchie married and now has 2 children that he is choosing to raise in the same place he grew up. Originally from Bardstown, Ritchie has been a resident of the area his entire life, raising his family and nurturing his career in this area he calls, ‘Home’.
